In light of the premier’s recent declaration of a state of public health emergency, we are moving up the timeline to retrieve your child’s belongings by cancelling all Thursday and Friday pick up bookings. We will be opening up additional time slots for you to sign up to retrieve belongings today.
If you had a booking scheduled for Thursday or Friday we kindly ask you to reschedule to assist us in facilitating this process as efficiently as possible. Please go to the School Interviews website (www.schoolinterviews.ca) and use the code gha8r. Based on advice from the chief medical officer we ask that individuals wait outside of the east doors by the gymnasium, practice social distancing and not congregate during this process.
If you are unable to pick up your child’s belongings during this time please contact our school office to make alternate arrangements. If you are unable to attend but plan to have another person collecting your child's items, please email a confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
