Welcome to our School Council
What is the School Council?
School Council (otherwise known as Parent Council) is a group of parents, teachers, and administrators who collaborate for the betterment of the school community. Every parent or guardian of a Pine Street student is automatically a member of our School Council and we would encourage you to attend any, or all, of our School Council meetings during the school year as it allows you to have input during conversations with other parents, teachers and the principal about school related topics. As well, it gives you the opportunity to receive information directly from school administration.
What is the Pine Street Volunteer Parent Society?
Pine Street Volunteer Parent Society is the fundraising branch of the parent community that raises funds throughout the school year to support our school's initiatives.

There are School Council meetings held in the library at 6:30-7:30pm throughout the year. These are followed by Pine Street Volunteer Parent Society meetings from 7:30-8:30pm.
