Welcome to Pine Street School
Our students, staff and families continue to demonstrate "A Tradition of Pride and Excellence" in supporting a vibrant learning community so as to assist students to achieve academic, social and behavioral growth. Research clearly indicates that student
success and parent-school partnerships are directly related.
The Pine Street community believes in a diversity of growth opportunities for each and every child through active, daily involvement in learning, both in the home and school.
Students also benefit from the gifts and talents of community volunteers who share their expertise to enrich the learning environment. Our staff and families demonstrate character, competence and compatibility in fostering the relationships that make learning possible and translate to success for students.

Parking and Road Safety
Please note the new "Bus Parking Only" signs infront of the school's main entrance. As well, please remember that there is no parking on the south side of Pine Street, infront of the school. Police patrol this area and enforce these bylaws. Please be safe.
Please be aware that the roads east and south of Pine Street School are 30 zones. The RCMP have been enforcing this, as well as the parking bylaws. As much as parents and teachers try to impress on the children the importance of road safety, children may still dart out into traffic. It is our responsibility as adults and as motorists to keep the children as safe as possible. Please help us reinforce this message by speaking directly with your child regarding this important safety issue.
